Shipping policy

Each order is custom made and requires time for careful embroidery and finishing. Our current turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks from the order date before shipping.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination.

If you need an order by a specific date, please email us before purchasing and we’ll let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Please note: once packages are handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.
