Refund policy

At Designs Embroidered, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our products are custom embroidered, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been stitched.

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within 48 hours of placing it. After that time, materials and production may already be underway, and cancellations can no longer be processed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We want you to love your purchase and will do our best to resolve any issues quickly.
